Ownership
Waling-Waling Beach Hotel was registered with the Department of Trade and Industry on June 21, 1995. It was later registered by the Board of Investment in accordance with the provisions of the Omnibus Investment Code of 1987 that provided it a tax holiday. The hotel has been operating for 10 years and is considered one of the leading tourist establishments in Boracay Island.
Waling-Waling has the most ideal location. It is situated in Station 1 where the best resorts are located that offers privacy to its guests. The beach has the finest sand and the widest beach. The hotel is located in one of the most popular spots in the island becauseit is adjacent to the most photographed landmark rock on the beachfront.
Management and Staff
Waling-Waling is a family-run business. The owner of the resort is the President. The spouse is the General Manager while a daughter is in-charge of the Manila Office. The son-in-law is the Assistant General Manager of the resort.
While Middle level management, The Food and Beverage Manager, and Housekeeping are handled by seasoned managers formerly employed by five-star hotels.
Maintenance Managers have long experience in working with 5-star hotels located locally and abroad.
There are 75 staff in the hotel and 6 staff in the Sitio.
The company maintains a marketing 12 staff in the Manila Office which markets both Waling-Waling Beach Hotel and Sitio Waling-Waling.
